Welcome West Field Wildcats! Our mission is WEST: Where Everyone Succeeds Together. We are so excited to partner together toward our goal of nurturing each child’s social, emotional, and intellectual development in order to maximize a positive learning environment. 

At West Field, our job is to keep it safe, and our students’ job is to help keep it that way. Every adult is a Safekeeper, and we take this responsibility very seriously. We know you are entrusting us with your most precious gift: your children! We always follow the Wildcat Code: Be respectful, Be Responsible, Be Ready to Learn. We know our student creed by heart: We are proud West Field Wildcats. We are responsible for our own behavior. We will learn from our own mistakes. We will apply the Life Principles each day. As members of West Field, we value and respect others. We will make today what we wish it to be; it is our choice! 

We are proud to be a Great Expectations (GE) Model School. The basic tenets of of GE are:

• Teachers display knowledge, skills, positive attitudes and lead with responsibility

Conscious Discipline is another important part of our school family as we practice the skills and learn self-regulation strategies that help us every day.
